Elena was immersed in the world of boutique hospitality from an early age, growing up within her family’s boutique hotel business. Over the years, she has become a passionate advocate for the boutique hospitality industry, dedicated to elevating its impact on the global stage.
With an international background spanning Strasbourg, Paris, and London, Elena has held senior commercial roles in luxury hospitality, working with renowned brands such as Accor, Hilton, Starwood, and Marriott. Her extensive expertise led her to establish Boutique Setters in 2024, along with its thriving boutique community, driven by a mission to transform the hospitality landscape—particularly within the realm of boutique hotels.
Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavours, Elena further serves as Chair of The Boardroom in Greece, championing diversity & inclusion of women in boards. She is also a Mentor and Judge for the Capsule T Accelerator, supporting early-stage tech innovators in tourism, as they shape the future of the industry. Last but not least, Elena is the mother of 2, Ariadne & Alexandros!
